For TPE materials, I usually recommend cleaning the doll once a month. Apply mineral oil or baby oil to the material so that it doesn’t degrade or tear. Use baby powder or cornstarch to keep the skin soft. Otherwise, like most TPE materials, it will lose its texture over time.
