I was definitely surprised when I got it and tried it! The shape is lifelike and the texture is very soft. In some cases it might make it difficult to stick to, but if it's stronger, that's not good. The breasts do feel firmer than real breasts, but that's not a big deal. The nipples feel very real too. The interior of the hole is also very realistic.
